Job summary

Oracle in Houston, TX, seeks a Manager to lead an on-site team of Manufacturing Engineers and Operations Program Managers at our Contract Manufacturer facility. You will own factory floor execution, technical health, and delivery timelines for high-volume server and rack hardware.

You will partner with senior CM leadership, clear roadblocks, review ECOs to avoid downtime or scrap, and ensure quality commitments while coordinating with NPI teams for new architectures.

Qualifications

• Experience leading on-site manufacturing teams.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven track record in manufacturing operations and ECO/process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor on-site Manufacturing Engineers, Test Engineers, and OPMs.
• Serve as primary technical/operational contact for CM leadership with accountability for KPIs.
• Oversee factory floor stability, line balancing, and ECO implementations to minimize downtime.
