Job summary

Oracle US seeks a Senior Regional Manufacturing Leader to serve as the senior authority at the Contract Manufacturing partner facility, overseeing high-velocity, hyperscale production of L10/L11 server infrastructure. This on-site role requires daily presence to drive governance of quality, capacity, and materials.

Qualifications

• BS in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering required; MBA or MS in Operations Management preferred.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification required; DMAIC experience in high-volume electronic assembly preferred.
• 12+ years in manufacturing leadership with 5+ years managing Tier-1 CMs (e.g., Foxconn, Quanta, Jabil, Celestica) at hyperscale volumes.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily, hands-on leadership at the CM facility, ensuring adherence to proprietary assembly, safety, and test protocols.
• Establish and lead the on-site War Room for production excursions, material shortages, or quality failures impacting delivery commitments and provide real-time risk assessments.
• Direct and mentor a resident team of Quality Engineers, Process Engineers, and Manufacturing Program Managers to audit CM performance and engineering changes.
• Manage daily relationship with CM senior leadership to secure top-tier priority in labor allocation and equipment utilization.
