Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Rack Deployment Manager to lead readiness and execution for OCI data center rack deployments. You will coordinate with Site Deployment, Data Center Ops, Network, and Vendor teams to ensure safe, on‑time installations across new builds, expansions, and retrofits.

You will drive readiness gates, manage risks, and implement repeatable playbooks to improve throughput and uptime. A strong engineering or operations background is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data center deployment or equivalent environments.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional deployment teams for critical facilities.
• Strong schedule, risk, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own rack deployment planning and execution across sites with safety and handoff readiness.
• Translate inputs into executable deployment schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate rack placement, cabling, power, cooling, and network readiness.
• Drive readiness gates and manage risks with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop repeatable deployment playbooks and KPIs.
