Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Regional Manufacturing Leader to oversee high-velocity L10/L11 server production at the CM partner facility. You will lead a cross-functional team and act as the On-Site War Room commander to keep production on schedule while preserving Copy-Exact standards during rapid growth.

This role requires 12+ years in manufacturing leadership, Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and daily on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering required.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification with DMAIC experience required.
• 12+ years in manufacturing leadership with Tier-1 CM experience at hyperscale volumes.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site governance at the CM facility and manage daily production commitments.
• Oversee capacity planning and scalability for L10 and L11 production.
• Direct cross-functional teams of Quality, Process, and Manufacturing Program Managers.
• Maintain Copy-Exact standards and lead on-site War Room for rapid issue resolution.
