Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Regional Manufacturing Leader to serve as the senior authority at the Contract Manufacturing partner’s facility. The role requires permanent on-site presence to oversee high-velocity L10/L11 server production and lead a cross-functional team for quality, capacity, and materials.

You will command the On-Site War Room and ensure schedules, safety, and “Copy-Exact” standards during rapid growth. On-site presence is essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Required); MBA or MS in Operations Management (Preferred).
• Six Sigma Black Belt (Required). Demonstrated DMAIC experience.
• 12+ years in manufacturing leadership, with 5+ years managing Tier-1 CMs at hyperscale volumes.
• Deep understanding of server architectures, DC power distribution, and L11 testing/software provisioning.
• Presence: must work daily on-site at the CM facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily hands-on leadership at the CM facility and ensure adherence to assembly, safety, and test protocols.
• Lead the On-Site War Room for production excursions, shortages, or quality issues with real-time risk assessments.
• Direct and mentor a resident team of Quality Engineers, Process Engineers, and Manufacturing Program Managers.
• Manage daily relationship with CM senior leadership to ensure hyperscale priority in labor and equipment utilization.
• Lead long-range capacity modeling for L10 and L11 production and test capacity expansion planning.
