Job summary
Via is seeking a Support Specialist to join our Summit County, Utah office. You will ensure driver-partner satisfaction and deliver exceptional service to riders, supporting an intermodal transit service in a fast-paced tech environment.
This in-person role (3:00PM–1:00AM shift) requires strong communication, CRM experience, and problem-solving. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus. Competitive hourly pay starts at $23/hour with a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
- Clear communication, good listening, strong reading/writing skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite; CRM familiarity such as Salesforce preferred.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, intermodal transit environment and take ownership of tasks.
Responsibilities
- Serve as front-line support for driver-partners
- Handle a range of customer issues with composure
- Become knowledgeable about Via services and advocate for riders
- Deliver exceptional customer service to riders
- Identify trends and pain points and propose solutions
- Channel feedback to tech, marketing, design, and product teams
