Responsibilities

• Receive items in the system and verify availability for customers.
• Determine items to be picked, checked, and shipped from sales orders.
• Pull, re-check, and prepare orders for delivery to customers.
• Pack items securely for shipping and ensure items are not damaged.
• Prepare customer returns for shipment to distribution centers or suppliers.
• Organize materials on racks and bins per product organization standards.
• Report damaged inventory and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Possibly deliver items to customers and obtain signatures; may process counter sales or invoices.
