Responsibilities

• Handle shipping and receiving at the customer location.
• Determine items to pick, check, and ship per sales orders.
• Pull orders and recheck for accuracy before delivery.
• Prepare items for delivery and secure packages to prevent damage.
• Process customer returns or exchanges as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area.
• May deliver items to customers and obtain receipt signatures.
• May assist with counter sales or invoicing.
