Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, analytics, or related field.
• Experience in supply planning, demand planning, production planning, materials management, inventory planning, or procurement.
• Advanced to expert-level Microsoft Excel skills; able to build and troubleshoot complex models.
• Experience with large high-volume datasets and translating analysis into business recommendations.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the MIN MAX process end-to-end, translating customer requirements into supply and production plans.
• Lead customer meetings on MIN MAX, demand changes, and planning issues.
• Coordinate with Production Planners, Sales, Procurement, and Operations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Investigate and resolve MIN MAX issues, driving resolution.
• Develop long-range material requirements and align with GSM for demand forecasts.
• Create and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and management reports.
