Job summary

New Era Cap, LLC. is a Buffalo, NY-based global lifestyle brand seeking a Supply Chain Planner to oversee demand and supply planning, S&OP, forecasting, stock buys, and inventory management. This on-site role collaborates with internal teams to optimize service levels and drive cost efficiency.

You will manage category planning, review forecasts, and coordinate with Global Production and Purchasing to ensure timely delivery and strong inventory performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required; MS/ MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years in supply chain planning, demand or supply planning, or analytics.
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand and supply planning and S&OP across assigned categories.
• Analyze sales data and trends to develop S&OP plans and forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate with Category, Global Sourcing, Production, and Customer Service to maintain inventory levels.
• Manage inventory metrics and determine when to adjust safety stock and orders.
• Lead hot market planning, including PO management and coordination with warehouse.
