Job summary

New Era Cap, LLC, a Buffalo-based leader in headwear, is seeking a detailed inventory/supply chain professional to manage cap and blank inventory, coordinate with multiple internal teams, and optimize processes for events and peak seasons.

The role emphasizes on-site collaboration with cross-functional teams, maintaining accurate inventories, and leveraging SAP/CEVA/WMS tools to ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• 3–5 years inventory or supply chain experience.
• APICS/CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
• Strong inventory accuracy and ERP experience.
• Familiarity with SAP/CEVA/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory transactions including inter-company receipts, issues, and shipping.
• Perform regular cycle counts and year-end inventories.
• Reconcile SAP, CEVA WMS and Shopify data across systems.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance and IT to improve processes.
• Manage subcontracting, cap, and blank inventory to meet events.
