Job summary

New Era Cap LLC in Buffalo, NY is seeking an Inventory & Supply Planner to coordinate production planning, inventory management, subcontractor support and cross-functional communication. You will ensure products are planned, produced, stocked, and delivered to meet business needs.

As part of Global Demand Planning, you will forecast demand and align supply with production. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and external partners to optimize inventory and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field required.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory or supply chain.
• ACSM/APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all inventory related transactions including inter-company receipts, STOs, issues, scraps, part number changes and shipping.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Finance/Accounting and IT to implement policies and processes for accurate inventory and service.
• Maintain monthly scrap reports and reconcile variances across North American plants.
• Perform reconciliations between SAP and Store Shopify/CEVA WMS systems and assist with system upgrades.
