Job summary

New Era Cap, LLC in Buffalo, NY is seeking an Inventory & Supply Planner to coordinate production planning, inventory management and subcontractor support. The role partners with production facilities, finance, IT and commercial teams to ensure products are planned, produced, stocked, and delivered per business needs.

The Global Demand Planning team analyzes sales data to forecast demand and align supply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• 3–5 years of inventory or supply chain experience.
• ACSM/APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production planning and inventory management to align with business needs.
• Manage cap machine, player cap, and blank base inventory across plants and subcontractors.
• Release production orders and monitor fulfilment, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Maintain rolling capacity and forecast accuracy with cross-functional partners.
• Reconcile inventories and ensure data integrity across SAP and CEVA/WMS systems.
• Communicate delivery expectations with Customer Service and internal teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in inventory control processes.
