Job summary

New Era Cap, LLC in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to oversee demand and supply planning, S&OP, forecasting, stock buys, and inventory management aligned with business needs. The role is 100% on-site at HQ in downtown Buffalo and collaborates with Category teams, Global Sourcing, and Production to optimize inventory and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field is required.
• MS in Supply Chain or MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, or related roles.
• Proficient in financial accounting principles and terminology.
• ACSM/APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand planning and S&OP processes for assigned area.
• Analyze sales, POS data and trends to develop S&OP plans.
• Coordinate with global production, sourcing, and logistics to maintain stock levels.
• Review SAP demand plans and adjust supply accordingly.
• Manage PIRs and ensure approvals and proper entry.
• Support hot market planning and 24/7 demand periods.
