Job summary

New Era Cap, LLC in Buffalo, NY is seeking an Inventory & Supply Planner to coordinate production planning, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure products are planned, produced, stocked, and delivered in line with business needs.

This on-site role partners with production facilities, subcontractors, customer service, finance, IT and commercial teams to support accurate inventory, timely production execution, and outstanding service to customers.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in maintaining accurate inventories.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of staff and outside customers/suppliers.
• Familiar with a major ERP system (SAP) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan production and manage inventory to align with business needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure timely production and delivery.
• Maintain 6-month rolling capacity reporting and monitor forecast constraints.
• Lead planning activities for cap machines, player caps, and blank inventory.
• Reconcile inventory and assist with annual physical inventories.
