Job summary

The LaSalle Network is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in Rosemont, IL to support a global leader in food and beverage operations. The role emphasizes Excel-driven data analysis, inventory reporting, order management, and discrepancy resolution within a fast-moving supply chain environment.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in supply chain analytics, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP), and the ability to handle large datasets and deadlines in a fully on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of supply chain analytics or demand planning experience.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter forecasted orders, purchase orders, and order adjustments accurately and on time.
• Track inbound orders to ensure appointment times are met and trucks are received.
• Verify supplier order confirmations and delivery dates.
• Maintain variance reports around items ordered vs. received, forecasted vs. actual sales, and inventory levels vs. targets.
• Review pallet weight, truck capacity, item numbers, anomalies and other key order details.
• Use Excel and internal systems to analyze large amounts of inventory and SKU data.
