Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years in supply chain or demand planning and familiarity with planning systems such as Blue Yonder or SAP, plus industry knowledge in food/beverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or GED with 2+ years in data entry field.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel with formulas like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Ability to work independently and perform business math.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret large data sets.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage inventories.
• Capable of multi-tasking and meeting firm deadlines.
• Post-offer background and drug test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Enter forecasted orders and Purchase Orders accurately and on time.
• Determine pallet weight and assess truck capacity.
• Maintain variance reports comparing ordered vs received items.
• Verify supplier order confirmations and delivery dates.
• Track inbound orders to ensure on-time appointments and receipts.
• Maintain supplier portals and troubleshoot system issues.
• Update all applications with vital information and anomalies.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure accurate inventory levels.
