Job summary

Danis is seeking a Superintendent in Raleigh to lead on-site construction, ensuring projects meet design, budget, schedule, safety, and quality standards. You will collaborate with clients and contractors on healthcare, education, corporate, and life science builds.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent in healthcare, higher education, corporate/commercial, technology, or life sciences.
• Experience in new construction, renovation and upfit projects with per-project value between $5M - $50M.
• Self-perform work including demolition, structural concrete, rough carpentry, doors/frames/hardware, drywall, ceilings, and division 10 specialties.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site supervision to ensure work is constructed in accordance with design, budget, schedule, safety and quality.
• Plan and supervise craft foremen and/or craft activities including methods, manpower, materials, equipment, and hours.
• Lead project meetings, provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions, and mentor field engineers.
• Streamline project timelines by planning and supervising craft activities and hours worked, aligning with project objectives.
• Ensure all on-site personnel comply with company procedures, safety and quality programs; document violations and action steps.
