Qualifications

• Knowledge of cost reporting and labor production reporting
• Thorough knowledge of corporate safety program

Responsibilities

• Administer site safety program and maintain a safe work environment.
• Supervise on-site construction activities, self-perform work, and manage subcontractors.
• Lead project teams and conduct weekly/monthly performance reviews.
• Ensure work aligns with contract documents, plans, and specifications.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and quality plans.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and supplies to support self-perform operations.
• Track progress against baseline schedule and communicate requirements at meetings.
• Interface professionally with client representatives, engineers, and officials.
