Job summary

Danis Construction Inc is seeking a Superintendent to lead on-site supervision, ensuring projects meet design, budget, schedule, safety, and quality standards. You will coordinate craft activities, manage manpower, materials, and hours, and mentor field staff while interfacing with clients and other contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Project Superintendent in healthcare, education, or commercial construction.
• Experience with self-perform work including demolition, structural concrete, rough carpentry, doors/frames/hardware, drywall, ceilings, and division 10.
• Ability to lead field teams and coordinate with clients and subcontractors.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site supervision to ensure projects are built to design, budget, schedule, safety, and quality.
• Plan and supervise craft activities, manage manpower, materials, equipment, and hours worked.
• Lead project meetings and mentor field engineers.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company quality programs.
• Interface with client representatives and other contractors.
