Job summary

Danis is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to oversee on-site construction, ensuring work aligns with design, budget and schedule. You will lead craft teams, supervise activities, and drive safety and quality across healthcare, education, and commercial projects.

The role emphasizes mentorship of field engineers, schedule control, and proactive problem solving to deliver exceptional results while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent in general construction, with at-risk self-perform experience.
• Experience on Healthcare, Education, Corporate/Commercial, Technology, or Life Science projects preferred.
• Experience with projects valued between $5M-$50M.
• Proven track record in self-perform work across multiple trades.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules, safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site efforts to ensure construction aligns with design, budget and schedule.
• Plan and supervise craft activities, determine methods, manpower and materials.
• Lead project meetings and mentor field engineers.
• Proactively manage schedules and verify hours worked.
• Ensure safety and compliance with procedures and regulations.
