Job summary

Elwood Staffing is seeking an On-Site Specialist to support client On-Site programs, coaching associates and sustaining a strong employer-employee relationship on site.

You will coordinate with client management, onboard temporary staff, address concerns, and maintain productivity and safety standards across shifts, including evenings and weekends. A valid driver’s license is required to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with urgency and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the client’s management team and stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with client personnel and temp staff.
• Communicate effectively, in writing and verbally, with client and associates.
• Conduct new hire orientations and ensure policy and safety compliance.
• Walk the floor to observe production and safety, addressing issues promptly.
• Complete injury reports and assist with safety processes.
• Monitor turnover and assist in reducing it.
