Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; relevant education, youth mentorship, or case management may be considered.
• 0–2 years of experience in educational support or working with at-risk youth.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, adaptability, and collaborative skills.
• Passion for helping students disengaged from traditional schooling succeed.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and educational technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist with enrollment and onboarding for new students.
• Provide orientation support to set students up for success.
• Serve as a case manager, monitoring attendance and retention.
• Support retention protocols through proactive outreach and data tracking.
• Collaborate with student support teams to plan interventions and learning pathways.
• Participate in recruitment and school/community events.
