Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope seeks a Strategic Customer Success Representative to manage a $30 million portfolio of top-tier dealers.

This on-site role focuses on eliminating friction, proactively guiding complex orders, and delivering concierge-level service across glass, architectural aluminum, and CRL hardware You will partner with Sales and Operations, ensuring timely delivery and deep customer engagement while expanding opportunities with existing accounts in a high-performance,

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in high-touch customer service, project management, and/or sales.
• Industry knowledge in glass, glazing, construction, or building products preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of an organization.
• Solid experience with CRM systems and MS Office software.

Responsibilities

• Owns strategic dealer accounts and manages a portfolio totaling about $30M in revenue.
• Provides extensive post-land support and coordinates with sales and operations.
• Tracks delivery schedules and communicates timelines to ensure on-time orders.
• Acts as the primary contact to build trust and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
