Job summary

Vallen USA is looking for a Storeroom Team Leader to support on-site operations at a customer location. You will coordinate work, train team members on storeroom processes, and oversee materials and tools usage to ensure efficient operations.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and strong communication as you balance customer service with inventory accuracy and policy adherence. Experience in storeroom, supply chain, and hands-on tool handling is preferred; MS Office skills recommended; you

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 4+ years of related experience.
• Demonstrated product, industry and supply chain systems knowledge.
• Excellent communication, time management and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS-Office and ability to learn company programs and software.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-level customer service by responding to customers via phone, email or in person.
• Coordinates and performs work involving ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, binning, packing, labeling, pricing and maintaining a perpetual inventory.
• Prioritizes and assigns tasks to ensure resources are used effectively and targets are met.
• Enters data into a database or other system to maintain up-to-date inventory records; retrieves stored information.
• Trains, mentors, and monitors others on storeroom operations and safety procedures.
