Job summary

Vallen USA is seeking a Storeroom Crib Attendant to join our on-site team. You will handle daily receiving, stocking, issuing, and cycle counting of customer and Vallen inventory while maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Responsibilities include unloading goods, accurate stock records, and delivering tools to sites. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ months relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and work orders.
• Basic computer knowledge; able to learn software (MS-Office, Vista, Control, SX.e, Prophet 21).
• Demonstrated math skills; good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and store incoming goods; verify against invoices.
• Sort, label, and store items to optimize crib space and accessibility.
• Issue items to site employees; maintain accurate issued/returned records.
• Enter stock data into databases and respond to inquiries about inventory levels.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory maintenance.
• Inspect tools/equipment for defects and report issues.
• Deliver tools to work locations and assist with loads.
