Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of related experience.
• Demonstrated product, industry and supply chain systems knowledge.
• Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills.
• Quality mindset with attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness.
• Proficiency with MS-Office products (Excel, Word) and the ability to learn company-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-level customer service via phone, email or in person.
• Coordinates purchasing activities: ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading and shelving.
• Prioritizes tasks to meet team targets and schedules.
• Enters data into systems to maintain up-to-date inventory records.
• Trains and mentors others on storeroom operations and processes.
• Supports safe storeroom operations and performs related duties as needed.
