Job summary

Vallen is seeking a Storeroom Team Leader to join on-site at a customer location. You will coordinate work, train staff, handle storeroom materials, and ensure inventory accuracy while following company policies. Strong communication and organization are essential for success.

You will contribute to exceptional customer service, oversee warehousing tasks, and support leadership in day-to-day operations. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience should include customer service, inventory management, and storeroom operations.
• Proficiency with MS-Office products and the ability to learn company-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service via phone, email or in person.
• Manage ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving and inventory maintenance.
• Prioritize tasks and assign work to meet schedules and targets.
• Enter data into databases and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Train and mentor others on storeroom operations and safety procedures.
• Assist with safe operation of storeroom and perform related duties.
