Job summary

Elwood Staffing is seeking an On-Site Specialist to support client On-Site programs, guiding the activities of temporary associates and ensuring performance targets are met. The role involves coaching, counseling, and potentially discipline, while maintaining strong employer–employee bonds.

You will interact with client management, supervise associates on site, and coordinate with branch and corporate teams to meet client expectations, safety standards, and production needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and resolve issues with urgency.
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A valid driver's license is required to travel between branch and client locations.
• Must have reliable transportation to meet work hours and travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Supports overall success and improvement of the client's On-Site program.
• Coach, counsel, discipline, and, if necessary, terminate associates to meet goals.
• Build strong bonds with temporary associates and maintain employer–associate relationship.
• Engage with supervisors and associates to monitor production demands and safety issues.
• Complete injury reports and assist injured workers following policy and procedures.
• Work with branch, regional, and corporate teams to meet client performance expectations.
