Job summary

Elwood Staffing seeks an On-Site Assistant to support the client On-Site program, ensuring job performance standards are met and fostering strong employer-associate relationships. You will align with the client’s teams to maintain a steady flow of temporary resources and uphold superior customer service.

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and resolve issues with urgency.
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong working relationship with the client's management team.
• Build effective relationships with all stakeholders to anticipate future needs and recruit temporary resources.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all client personnel, temporary associates, and company personnel.
• Regularly meet with the client's supervisory personnel to confirm satisfaction and address concerns.
• Assist with identifying and assigning temporary associates who meet the client's standards.
• Maintain regular contact with the current pool of temporary associates for future assignments.
• Respond to client and temporary associate concerns promptly and document actions.
• Complete injury reports and assist injured workers following policy.
• Conduct new hire orientations to ensure policy and safety understanding.
• Maintain regular time with client supervisors, management, and associates on the production floor.
