Job summary

Elwood Staffing is seeking an On-Site Specialist to support a client's on-site program. You will coach, counsel, and guide temporary associates while building strong bonds with client management and our branch team.

You will ensure safety, handle orientations, assist with turnover reduction, and maintain strong communication to meet client performance goals. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to communicate across functions and resolve issues with urgency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required for travel between branches and client locations.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with the client’s management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and assign temporary associates to meet client standards.
• Walk the floor, observe production needs, and address safety issues.
• Conduct new hire orientations and communicate policies.
• Resolve client and staff concerns promptly and document actions.
