Job summary

Elwood Staffing is seeking a Bilingual On-Site Specialist to support our client's on-site program. You will coach and guide associates, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure safety and adherence to policies while balancing production needs.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, solid customer service experience, and the ability to travel between branch and client locations. A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and resolve issues urgently.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with client management and stakeholders.
• Identify and recruit temporary associates to meet client needs.
• Communicate effectively with client personnel, temporary associates, and company staff.
• Monitor associate performance and address concerns with client satisfaction in mind.
• Ensure safety, policy adherence, and timely issue resolution.
• Support turnover reduction and coordination between branch and client locations.
