Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (retail/recruiting/hospitality preferred).
• HS diploma/GED required.
• Strong attention to detail; comfortable with online systems and scanners/webcams.
• Calm under pressure; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work extended hours/weekends as needed.
• On-site attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the candidate experience (interviewing, hiring, and consideration stages).
• Provide excellent customer service; ensure applicants feel welcomed and informed.
• Communicate role details, policies, expectations, and requirements.
• Ensure hiring steps are completed per client guidelines (including ID collection and I-9 support as required).
• Ensure applicants understand assignment details before leaving the site.
• Perform high-volume data entry accurately in client systems.
• Communicate via in-person, phone, email, chat, and other channels as needed.
• Other duties as business needs require.
