Job summary

EmployBridge, LLC in Houston is seeking a Staff Performance Manager to supervise day-to-day personnel activities at the client site and ensure timely, accurate delivery of goods and services. You will coach staff, conduct performance reviews, manage assignments, and build strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.

This on-site role requires overnight hours (Sunday–Thursday, with some Fridays) and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus a year or more in a leadership role.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced warehouse or operations environment.
• Proven ability to coach, evaluate performance, and drive process improvements.
• Strong data management skills and familiarity with HR-related reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision of personnel to ensure timely, accurate delivery at the client site.
• Coach employees, conduct performance reviews, and manage assignments and exits.
• Coordinate onboarding, new hire orientations, and onboarding compliance.
• Communicate workforce needs to client and participate in forecasting meetings.
• Run reports to identify workforce challenges and collaborate with client to implement solutions.
• Maintain attendance reports, headcount data, and timekeeping records.
• Support safety investigations and HR-related processes as needed.
