Job summary

Spinoso Real Estate Group is seeking a Specialty Leasing Manager to drive revenue through non-traditional retail opportunities across inline stores, carts, kiosks, and vending. You will build a strong retailer pipeline, manage budgets, and coordinate tenant setups while collaborating with leasing and management teams to align merchandising strategies.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Willingness to conduct regular in-person canvassing (approximately 1-2 days per week) within the trade area.
• Experience in specialty leasing, retail leasing, or commercial real estate is a plus—but not required.
• Proven ability (or strong interest) in negotiating and closing deals within defined timelines.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue through leasing of non-traditional retail opportunities (in-line stores, carts, kiosks, vending).
• Develop, implement, and manage the Specialty Leasing program and budget.
• Prospect, identify, and secure new specialty retailers through canvassing and relationship-building.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and communicate space availability; canvass 1-2 times per week within the trade area.
• Negotiate and execute license agreements to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Coordinate setup, relocation, and breakdown of Specialty Leasing tenants; renewals as needed.
