Job summary

Enel Chile S.A is seeking a Lead Solar Technician in Obion County, TN. You will lead a team to ensure the maintenance and troubleshooting of solar PV power plants equipment. This role requires a strong background in electrical maintenance and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities include managing technicians, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. As a key part of the renewable energies team, you will directly contribute to the reliable operation of energy systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience in renewable energy or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience of field staff as lead or foreman.
• Familiarity with safety and compliance training.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 10 Field Service Technicians.
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on solar PV equipment.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to safety standards.

B.S. Degree in Electrical or Technical Field
