SOLV Energy seeks a Solar Field Service Lead for on-site duties in Brownwood, TX. Lead maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of solar facilities, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Position requires coordination with PM, OCC, HV, SCADA, IT and other teams, plus on-call availability.

The role emphasizes training and leadership of technician levels and collaboration with EPC management to implement improvements.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; vocational/technical training a plus.
• Minimum four years of experience in solar facility maintenance and repair.
• Valid OSHA 30 and NFPA 70e certifications required; ongoing safety training.

Mansioni

• Lead safety-first culture on-site and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Perform, direct, and supervise site maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting for solar plants.
• Direct and take responsibility for safety regulations and work procedures for the team.
• Supervise and train Solar Technician Levels I–IV; review and sign off on reports.
