Job summary

Photronics Inc is seeking a Project Manager to lead software development and modernization efforts from Brookfield, CT. This on-site role requires coordinating across IT and business teams, managing scope, and delivering outcomes using Agile or hybrid methods.

Qualifications

Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and project delivery.
Experience with Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models.
Understanding of CI/CD concepts and release management.
Experience with ERP, MES, and enterprise applications.
Strong planning, organizational and execution skills.

Responsibilities

Lead software development, modernization, integration, automation, and process improvements.
Define scope, gather requirements, align priorities, and manage delivery expectations with stakeholders.
Manage lifecycle of internally developed software from intake to post-go-live support.
Coordinate enterprise application implementations including data readiness and testing.
Create and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
Deliver using Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methods; manage releases across teams.
Communicate status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and next steps to leadership.
