Job summary

Gilder Search Group seeks a Project Manager to steer ERP modernization within the supply chain and manufacturing workstreams in a complex program environment. You will coordinate between supply chain, manufacturing, functional teams, program leadership, and vendors to ensure scope, schedule, and budget are met.

Local candidates onsite two days a week; strong communication and governance are essential. Onsite 2x per week; hybrid work expectations apply within a matrixed organization; PMP or Agile

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field.
• 4+ years of project management experience; or equivalent.
• PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent Agile credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects of low-to-moderate complexity through full lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closeout.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, scope, and governance.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences; engage with leads and program leadership.

LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY. WILL BE ONSITE 2X A WEEK Supporting Manufacturing and Supply Chain areas so there may be more onsite

ERP Modernization effort, specifically within the supply chain and manufacturing workstream, in a complex, matrixed program environment. This role operates under the guidance of the Program Manager and serves as the primary coordination point between supply chain, manufacturing, functional teams, program leadership, and vendors to ensure project outcomes are achieved within scope, schedule, and budget.

• Demonstrated ability to manage projects of low-to-moderate complexity through the full project lifecycle — initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain project plans, track milestones, manage scope, and keep teams aligned with program controls and governance expectations.
• Clear, professional communication skills — able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and engage effectively with functional leads, business owners, and program leadership.

Required

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 4+ years of project management experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience directly related to project delivery.
• Certification: PMP, Scrum Master Certification (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent Agile credential.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading diverse development teams across different organizational contexts (varying team sizes, co-located vs. distributed, Agile vs. Waterfall).
• Experience working in a hybrid methodology environment (Agile and Waterfall combined).
