Job summary

Photronics in Brookfield, CT is seeking a Project Manager, IT to lead software development and modernization initiatives across our global IT and business environment. This on-site role requires strong cross-functional leadership and experience translating business needs into clear project scope.

You will manage Agile or hybrid delivery, coordinate ERP/MES integrations, and drive outcomes with IT, business, vendors, and global stakeholders. A PMP or similar certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and ITIL principles.
• Understanding ERP, MES, integrations, and reporting.
• Excellent planning, organization, and execution skills.
• Strong communication and executive presentation abilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into project scope.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development, application modernization, and automation projects.
• Define scope with stakeholders, gather requirements, and align priorities.
• Manage lifecycle of internally developed software from intake to support.
• Coordinate enterprise application implementation workstreams and data readiness.
• Build project plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate releases across development, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and partners.
• Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and decisions to leadership.
