Job summary

Siri InfoSolutions Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for onsite engagement in Iselin, NJ. You will own overall delivery, coordinate between the factory team and client application teams, and drive upgrade waves based on priority and tech stack.

Responsibilities include establishing governance, managing risks, and producing weekly status and dashboards for leadership. Onsite collaboration with distributed teams and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project/program management in modernization, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering contexts.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, application dependency management, security remediation, and release governance.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Confluence, Power BI, or equivalent reporting platforms.
• Ability to manage distributed onsite/offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Overall delivery ownership, governance, planning, tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
• Act as the primary onsite interface between factory team and client application teams
• Manage application intake, readiness validation, access coordination, and schedule alignment
• Define upgrade waves by application criticality, technology stack, dependency complexity, and business priority
• Coordinate with client stakeholders, application owners, security teams, DevOps teams, and release managers
• Track throughput metrics such as applications assessed, upgrades completed, builds passed, test failures, handovers, and closures
• Manage risks, blockers, escalations, change windows, and application team dependencies
• Ensure factory team follows agreed processes, documentation standards, and handover procedures
• Prepare weekly status reports, steering committee updates, and operational dashboards
• Support stakeholder communication and escalation resolution
