Job summary

AC Infinity is seeking an Order Processing Associate for our Walnut, CA location. This full-time role handles order entry, shipping paperwork, and daily shipment tracking to ensure on-time deliveries. You will collaborate with carriers and the sales team, monitor inventory, and support adjacent warehouse tasks as needed.

Proficiency in MS Office and accurate data entry are preferred. The position requires a dependable, detail-oriented candidate with a willingness to learn our systems and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in shipping, logistics, or order fulfillment.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Strong data entry with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with major carriers (UPS/USPS/FedEx/DHL).
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Ability to type 45+ WPM.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Reliable attendance and flexible schedule.
• Occasional Saturday work may be required.
• Follow all safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review and track daily shipment logs.
• Input orders into shipping and order management systems.
• Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries.
• Track shipments on the master list and provide updates.
• Resolve shipping issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Communicate delivery updates with the sales team.
• Communicate with carriers and vendors via email/phone.
• Monitor inventory to help ensure accurate, timely shipments.
