Job summary

Advantest America Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment and shipping operations in San Jose. You will prep, pack, seal, and label orders, generate shipping documents, and manage PCB stock labeling. Occasional driving of the company car may be required.

Basic education and familiarity with WMS and shipping software are needed. This role demands physical ability to lift heavy items and operate pallet jacks or forklifts as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and shipping software (e.g., UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager).
• Ability to lift heavy packages, stand for long periods, and operate pallet jacks/forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Prep, pack, seal, and label orders accurately.
• Documentation: Prepare shipping documents including bills of lading and work orders.
• Stock Inventory: Process, prepare, pack and label PCB for stock.
• Driver: Occasionally drive the company car to drop or pick up product.
