Job summary

MB Precision Inc. is seeking a Warehouse and Order Fulfillment Associate to support daily warehouse operations. You will process orders, store and organize inventory, and work as part of a collaborative team to ensure accuracy and on-time fulfillment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and customer service skills. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory records, handling shipping documents, and upholding safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with Fishbowl is a plus.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklift, pallet jacks, and hand trucks is a plus but not required.
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: pick, pack and ship customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Inventory management: monitor and update inventory levels using Fishbowl; perform cycle counts and stock audits.
• Backorder management: track and communicate backorder status; ensure prompt fulfilment when stock is replenished.
• Warehouse organization: maintain a clean, safe, and organized space; label shelves and optimize storage.
• Shipping & logistics: prepare labels and documentation, schedule pickups, coordinate with carriers.
• Reporting: keep accurate records of inventory movements, order fulfillment, and backorders.
• Safety compliance: follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
