CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Sparks, NV store. This on-site role leads the store team in the absence of a manager, ensures smooth daily operations, and upholds CVS customer service standards.

You will manage opening/closing tasks, assist customers, and coordinate merchandising with adherence to company policies, while supporting a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities essential.
• Flexibility to work early morning, overnight, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of management to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, complaints, and issues.

• Ensure opening/closing procedures are executed correctly.
