Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned shift.
• Mentor and develop Personal Assistants and supervise staff.
• Document shift responsibilities and complete daily checklists.
• Implement safety, emergency procedures, and equipment maintenance.
• Assess staff performance and provide guidance and feedback.
• Schedule staff to ensure coverage of services.
• Communicate with families as needed and respond to emergencies.
• Review incident reports and maintain safety standards.
• Attend training and professional development opportunities.
