Job summary

DigiOffice LLC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engineer to design, configure, develop, integrate, and optimize the ServiceNow platform within a large enterprise environment.

This 100% on-site role is based in Johns Creek, GA. The engineer will translate ITSM and service design requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions, supporting CMDB/CSDM maturity, SLAs, reporting, governance, and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in an enterprise production environment.
• Strong experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with CMDB and CSDM implementation and maturity.
• Experience configuring workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations or other integration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, forms, business rules, notifications, and automation.
• Develop workflows and automation to improve IT operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms using APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, or equivalent technologies.
• Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches, testing, releases, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and identify opportunities to improve performance, usability, and data quality.
