Job summary

Hobart Food Equipment and Service is seeking a Service/Repair Technician 2 to provide on-site support for Hobart Service customers. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial food equipment, including on-call and after-hours support as needed.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, following schematics, and performing preventative maintenance while upholding safety procedures and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Education as listed with HVACR experience or EPA certification.
• Hands-on experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial food equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Installs and services commercial food equipment and assists with advanced installs as needed.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair equipment on contract or T&M basis.
• Interpret schematics and follow operation sequences across modes.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document outcomes.
