Responsibilities

• Installs and services commercial food equipment on customer sites.
• Maintains, diagnoses, and repairs equipment on contract or T&M basis.
• Reads schematics and follows sequence of operations.
• Performs preventative maintenance and documents it accurately.
• Complies with Hobart Service safety programs and policies.
• Provides a quality customer experience and supports service objectives.
• Maintains tool, vehicle, and inventory in good condition.
• Travels as needed and adheres to on‑call and after‑hours requirements.
