Imagine the Possibilities, Inc. is seeking a Service Programmer for an in-office role, Monday through Friday, with on-call rotation. You will monitor services, coordinate with families, and ensure timely documentation in our EMR system.

The ideal candidate is mission-driven, adaptable, and has strong communication. A high school diploma is required, and a valid driver\'s license with reliable transportation is necessary for transportation duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain a positive team culture with regular meetings and on-call coverage.
• Oversee resources and daily operations: vehicle scheduling, budgets, and transportation support.
• Coordinate with individuals, families, case managers, CBCMs and IDT to plan and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and EMR documentation of services and incidents.
• Advocate for individuals to maintain meaningful choice and community partnerships.
